Privacy policy

FlyBusiness (flybusiness.kriasha.in) is operated by Kriasha Systems Private Limited, the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Your account: name, work email address, a hash of your password, two-factor settings, sign-in times and a hash of your IP address.
- Your business profile and the files, images, audio, video and website addresses you upload as knowledge.
- Access to the social accounts you connect (for example a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account): account names and ids, permissions granted, and access tokens. Tokens are encrypted and never shown in full.
- Statistics the platforms report for your connected accounts, and the posts and replies prepared for you.
Why we use it
To run your account, to write posts and replies grounded in your own business information, to publish only what you approve, to show your analytics, and to keep the service secure (for example rate limits and the audit log).
How long we keep it
- Account and business data: while your account exists; deleted on request (see Data deletion).
- Connection tokens: until you disconnect, then destroyed. Cached analytics of a disconnected account: 30 days.
- Audit log: 2 years. Unverified sign-ups: deleted after 30 days.
Sub-processors
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (YouTube, Business Profile), X, LinkedIn, Anthropic and OpenAI (text and transcription), Cloudflare (file storage), Brevo (email), and our server host. Each receives only what is needed for its part of the service.
Uploaded files
Files are private to your business and used only to write your posts and replies. Do not upload customer lists unless you need replies to use them. Every upload is checked for viruses before it is stored.
Your rights and contact
You can ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data. Write to privacy@example.com. How deletion works is described on the Data deletion page.
Cookies
FlyBusiness sets only the cookies needed to sign you in and to protect forms. There are no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers.
